I have been a customer for years and have had nothing but great service here. I own an older boat and know that things are going to need fixed. I hope people realize boats are different than cars. I have always been called and told the price range of my repairs before the work is or was performed if I didn't agree it didn't get fixed, simple business.

Do not take your business here. Fred the owner will rip you off!! They have you sign a blank form with a claim ticket to get your boat back for a simple winterization process. Fred will find something wrong with your boat that will cost thousands down the road if it's not fixed right then. He tells you a quote that isn't too terrible so you agree to it. Once it's said and done it is WAY more than you agreed to, but he writes the new price on the claim ticket with your signature so you have NO WAY of fighting it. Please do not go here and if you do get copies of ALL paperwork to protect yourself. This owner is a cheat and cannot be reasoned with what so ever. Don't make the same mistake that we made because we are out so much money and now truly believe that the boat didn't need anything extra at all.
