  “I have never written a review online, and am only compelled to because I've never had a worse customer experience in my 48 years. I brought a small outboard to him in the spring, that just needed new coils, and he kept saying it'd be done, and I'd made about 8 trips to find it wasn't, each time I'd get some song and dance, and it was now fall. So much for that season. Took it out next summer, and it didn't work. Rather than lose another season with him, I took it somewhere else, where I paid to replace HIS coils. Took a week! I took his coils back to him, asked for my money back, and rather than having a shred of character, he started making more excuses for his taking an entire summer to 'not' fix the simple problem. I cannot beleive the time I've lost with this guy, and now will be taking more time taking him to court. This is all fact, and he'd probably agree if he had any morals. It's not the $, but the principal, and the fact he was a making excuses all throughout, AVOID!”
