I rented a Sea Doo PWC, and when I returned it was told I caused "stress fractures", which were barely visible lines in the coating. My partner and I followed every rule and direction given to us, which were a lot, during our ride on the three-person craft. We did not beach or crash, or otherwise dock the craft in a manner that would cause damage. Doing research on this company, this is their MO- rent watercrafts, then make up damage, and send to "their" shop for repair, then you get the bill. They ruined my birthday present to my boyfriend, and they will ruin your outing too. The bill I got is only for $127, but I have seen complaints with amounts over $2,000. Please do not rent from them, they need to be shut down. It is unfortunate since they have a prime location and we had a nice day up until the point we were told there was damage. But trust me it is not worth the hassle or the potential charges. If this can happen to someone who follows every rule and uses the equipment as directed, it can happen to anyone who rents from them.
