Ymarina is terrific. Scott Lancaster and staff did a great job helping me to buy a Smokercraft Pro Tracer with 50 hp motor and trailer. They happily wrote me a quote with all the items I wanted at a fair price. They handled my loan application and delivery to my house in Portland, Oregon without a single issue, mistake.

Steven's Marine had no passion about my interest to buy a boat. Eric P., the manager, was very cool and calculating about my interest in their products. Even as I told them I had the financing lined up, Eric was unimpressed. I stopped by their store to look at and sit in boats, but no one cared that I was there. I told Eric about this and he gave some excuse that they don't greet customers at the store because they aren't a bunch of sharks. Oh, so being courteous and appreciate about a customer visit is being pushy. I don't think so Eric. Truth is, Steven's has no customer service passion. It's sales department is as uninspired as its repair shop. I made the mistake of taking my outboard there, paying $775 for repairs that did nothing to improve my Mercury outboard. Stay away from Steven's Marine, they don't care about the customer, only the big sale on big boats. Go to Ymarina, they value their customers, and I value them!!!!!!
