  “Brothers Powersports is a crooked business with rude people who run the show. Here's the skinny. I bought a Honda scooter and a $500 Honda Protection Plan that is refundable. Powersports tacked on a Non-Refundable Maintenance Plan to the tune of $1000. With that plan I was supposed to get 10% off all parts and accessories for thirty-six months. Powersports, however, failed to honor the contract. I didn't get any discount on parts and accessories. I asked them to cancel the contract and give me at least $500 refund of the $1000 I paid. The owner said he would think it over and come up with something fair. However, the owner changed his mind. Not going to give anything back when I asked to cancel it in one month's time. This is a bad faith contract to give me 10% discount in the contract and then not honor it on things I buy that qualify. Also, Powersports charged me $120 in labor, 1.5 hours of skilled labor, to mount a trunk on the back of my little scooter. It takes 15 minutes to mount the trunk with a simple bracket! Yet they charged me $120! I asked the owner, Brian Nilsen, to adjust the amount, but he refused. I'm taking Powersports to small claims court to challenge the installation fee and to challenge the bad faith claim of the maintenance contract.”
